Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a transparent and fair refund policy. WellMind Holistic provides non-medical mental wellness services.
At WellMind Holistic Private Limited, we aim to provide structured and high-quality
mental wellness support. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Consultation Fee
- The consultation fee is non-refundable once the session has been completed.
- If cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session may be rescheduled.
- No refund is provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
2. Therapy Programs
We offer structured wellness programs such as:
- 1 Month Program
- 3 Months Program
- 6 Months Program
Payments may be made in instalments as agreed at the time of enrolment.
3. Refund Eligibility
- No refunds are provided for completed sessions or partially used programs.
- Refunds may be considered only if:
- No session has been attended within 48 hours of purchase, or
- A verified technical or billing error has occurred.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before the first session may be eligible for a partial refund,
subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Once sessions have started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
However, sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.
5. Instalment Payments
- Sessions may be paused if instalment payments are delayed.
- No refund will be provided for missed sessions due to unpaid instalments.
6. Legal Compliance
This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws,
including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
