Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Services

Our services are structured mental wellness and therapy-based support programs. These services require time commitment, professional planning, and resource allocation.

2. Consultation Sessions

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed
• Sessions can be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance
• Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and non-transferable

3. Therapy Programs

We offer structured programs such as 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans.

• Programs are designed as a complete package and not individual sessions
• No refunds are provided once the program has started
• Partially used programs are non-refundable

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under limited conditions:

• No session has been attended within 48 hours of purchase
• Duplicate payment or verified billing error

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before the first session may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 10% administrative deduction
• Once any session has been attended, cancellations are not eligible for refunds
• Sessions may be rescheduled based on availability

6. Instalment Payments

• Programs paid in instalments must follow the agreed payment schedule
• Services may be paused if payments are delayed
• No refunds will be issued for unpaid or missed sessions

7. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Repeated last-minute rescheduling may not be accommodated

8. Exceptions

Refund exceptions, if any, are solely at the discretion of WellMind Holistic Private Limited.

9. Legal Compliance

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
